Client Work and Agreements

All web design, development, and related services provided by Aegis Web Design LLC are governed exclusively by the terms of the written agreement in place for each engagement. Submitting an enquiry through this site does not create a client relationship or obligate either party. Any services not explicitly defined in a written agreement are not included in that engagement.

Payments and Refunds

Deposits, payment schedules, milestone billing, and refund terms are defined in the individual client agreement for each project. No general refund policy applies outside of those written terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Aegis Web Design LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse content without prior written permission.

No Performance Guarantees

Aegis Web Design LLC makes no guarantee of search engine rankings, organic traffic levels, conversion rates, or any other business outcome resulting from a website built or maintained by us. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Links to Third Parties

The site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices and linking does not imply endorsement.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegis Web Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Aegis Web Design LLC for the relevant engagement.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, materials, or assets they provide to Aegis Web Design LLC do not infringe any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Aegis Web Design LLC harmless from claims arising out of content you supply.

Force Majeure

Aegis Web Design LLC is not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including service outages, third-party platform failures, or natural disasters.

Termination
